While some are calling it unethical and something that breaches contractual obligations others are supporting it as the right of young and low paid professionals to earn extra and diversify their earnings. Many believe that the trend of moonlighting was initiated by work from home practices during the pandemic.
Moonlighting can provide a number of advantages to individuals looking to increase their income. One of the primary benefits is that moonlighting can provide an increased income without sacrificing the stability of a full-time job.
